SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase, Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

Alcohol-based perfume is classified as a flammable liquid, which means it ships under specific carrier rules rather than as a standard parcel. We package every fragrance order securely to prevent damage in transit.

Standard shipping: 3–7 business days, free on orders over $79, $7.95 flat rate under $79.

We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 7 days so we can investigate with the carrier.
